| The 5S was carried out
since 2002 in our company. An auditor
be assigned to inspect the workshops everyday
and an audit team be built to inspected
all the departments and workshops randomly.
Evaluation also be held at the end of
every month to boost and deepen the executing
of 5S. By dint of 5S,a more cleanliness
and more civilized working environment
will be created. |
